The present invention relates to a method for increasing one or more selected from the group consisting of the mobility, engraftment ability and CFU-F formation ability of stem cells, an anti-inflammatory immunosuppression induction function, and an angiogenesis promoting ability, the method comprising a step of treating stem cells with a short chain fatty acid or a salt thereof. According to the present invention, the method can readily prepare, in large quantities, stem cells having high mobility, an excellent colony formation ability and an excellent engraftment ability so as to have excellent biocompatibility, by using a short chain fatty acid, which is a low-cost human body-derived material, or a salt thereof.La présente invention concerne un procédé pour augmenter un ou plusieurs éléments choisis dans le groupe constitué par la mobilité, l'aptitude à la prise de greffe et l'aptitude à la formation de CFU-F de cellules souches, une fonction d'induction d'immunosuppression anti-inflammatoire et une aptitude à favoriser l'angiogenèse, le procédé comprenant une étape de traitement de cellules souches par un acide gras à chaîne courte ou un sel correspondant. Selon la présente invention, le procédé peut facilement préparer, en grandes quantités, des cellules souches présentant une mobilité élevée, une excellente aptitude à la formation de colonies et une excellente aptitude à la prise de greffe, de manière à présenter une excellente biocompatibilité, par l'utilisation d'un acide gras à chaîne courte, qui est un matériau dérivé du corps humain de faible coût, ou d'un sel correspondant.본 발명은 저급 지방산 또는 이의 염을 줄기세포에 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 줄기세포의 이동능, 생착능 및 CFU-Fs 형성능, 항염증 면역억제 유도 기능, 및 혈관신생 촉진능 중 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 증진하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 방법에 의하면, 저렴한 인체 유래 물질인 저급 지방산 또는 이의 염을 사용하여 높은 이동능을 가지고 우수한 콜로니 형성능 가지며 생착능이 우수하여 인체 적합성이 우수한 줄기세포를 다량으로 손쉽게 제조할 수 있다.
