The present invention relates to a method for producing a peanut sprout. The method for producing a peanut sprout according to the present invention comprises the following steps: storing peanut seeds in a low temperature warehouse in which warmth and coolness are kept so as to prevent decomposition or early germination； washing the stored peanut sprout seeds of the previous step through washing water； germinating the washed seeds of the previous step in a germinator； accommodating the germinated peanut sprouts of the previous step in a particular container, putting the container in a growing chamber having an indoor temperature of 25-35°；C, and spraying underground water of 18-22°；C； spraying a diluted solution, in which a metal-containing solution including a particular part by weight of oligodynamic metal is diluted in water, to the peanut sprouts of the previous step for a particular period of time in a fog state with a particle diameter of 0.03-0.1 &mu；m； and shipping peanut sprouts grown to have a particular size.본 발명은 땅콩나물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 땅콩나물의 제조방법은 땅콩 종자를 보온과 보냉이 유지되는 저온창고에서 씨앗을 보관하여 부패 또는 초기 발아를 방지하도록 하기 위하여 보관하는 단계와 상기 단계에서 보관된 땅콩나물 씨앗을 세척수로 세척하는 단계와 상기 단계의 세척된 씨앗을 발아기에서 발아시키는 단계와 상기 단계에서 발아된 땅콩나물을 일정 용기에 수용하여 실내온도가 25℃~ 35℃의 재배실에 넣은 후에 18 ~ 22℃의 지하수를 살수하는 단계와 상기 단계를 거친 땅콩나물에 미량 금속을 소정의 중량부로 포함하는 금속함유 수용액을 물로 희석시킨 희석수용액을 입자 직경 0.03~0.1㎛의 안개상태로 땅콩나물에 일정시간 살수하는 단계와 상기 단계를 거쳐 일정 크기로 성장한 땅콩나물을 출하시키는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진다.
