The fastener is disposed in a first opening of the plurality of openings. The locking element is disposed in a second opening of the plurality of openings and includes a head (152A), a flexible base (154A) abutting the head, and a shaft (156A) extending from the flexible base. The locking element is rotatable between a position that blocks the first opening and another position that does not block the first opening.
