The present invention relates to a production method of an oat extract containing high content of avenanthramides and to a germinated oat extract produced by the method and, more specifically, to a germinated oat extract produced by the method in which since the content of avenanthramides, a useful active ingredient, is significantly increased and the content of beta glucan is decreased, thereby increasing an active effect of the avenanthramides. In particular, the content of avenanthramides in oat extract of ocean varieties among various domestically developed varieties shows a significant increase. When oats of the ocean variety are produced as the germinated oat extract, the effects by avenanthramides may be increased.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 고함량 아베난쓰라마이드를 포함하는 발아 귀리 추출물의 제조 방법； 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 발아 귀리 추출물에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 본 발명의 제조 방법을 통해 제조된 발아 귀리 추출물은 유용 활성 성분인 아베난쓰라마이드의 함량이 유의적으로 증가되고 베타글루칸의 함량이 감소되었으므로, 아베난쓰라마이드의 활성 효과가 증가할 수 있다. 특히, 다양한 국내 개발 품종 중 대양 품종의 귀리 추출물에서 아베난쓰라마이드의 함량이 유의적으로 증가된 수준을 나타내므로, 대양 품종의 귀리를 발아귀리 추출물로서 제조하였을 때 아베난쓰라마이드에 의한 효과가 증가될 수 있다.
