The present disclosure includes a cutting device 200 for cutting the strap 140 to a desired length. The cutting device includes a handle body 210 having first and second handles 211, 212 and a head 230 attached to the handle body. The head includes an attachment mechanism (240) that allows the strap to be cut to be releasably secured to the first end (232) of the head. The cutting device further includes a blade 250 disposed proximate the second end 234 of the head. The length of the head or the distance between the first end of the head and the blade is similar to the length of the device body.
