PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved technique for setting a plurality of measurement points with respect to a measurement object in an ultrasonic image.SOLUTION: A measurement processing part moves a measurement point A in accordance with a users operation and moves a measurement line L so as to follow the movement of the measurement point A. The measurement processing part, for example, moves the measurement line L in parallel so as to pass through the measurement point A while maintaining the inclination of the measurement line L. The measurement processing part searches for a measurement point B within a search range along the measurement line L moved so as to pass through the measurement point A.
