PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce wrapping sheets for water jiaozi by an automatic production machine, satisfying the condition that, as problems in the conventional technology, it has been demanded that the thickness of a wrapping sheet for water jiaozi is 3 mm or more for medium thickness and the rim thereof is of uneven-thickness shape with 0.5 mm or less in thickness, and it has also been favored that such a wrapping sheet contains as much as 40-45% of water content.SOLUTION: The solution is given by the following: the production machine for wrapping sheets of water jiaozi is based on so as to bear one of steps of the conveyor-belt system including the following step: thick wrapping sheet belt is horizontally and intermittently fed into the machine when such the wrapping sheet belt is halted in movement, the underside thereof is supported on a flat plate, and from above the flat plate, a vibrator-equipped recessed conical die descends toward the thus stopped wrapping sheet belt to make a press shaping followed by raising and retreating the die off the wrapping sheet belt, which is then intermittently unloaded in the direction reverse to the fed direction.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来技術の問題点であった水餃子用の皮は中厚で3mm以上、縁部は0.5mm以下の不等厚形状が求められ、しかも水分を40~45%もの多くを含むものが好まれることから、それを満足する水餃子用の皮を自動機で製造することである。【解決手段】水餃子の皮の製造機を、水平に、しかも間欠的に送り込まれる厚皮帯が停止したその厚皮帯の下面を平板で支持し、平板の上方から停止している厚皮帯に向けて降下する加振器付凹円錐成形型によりプレス成形した後、前記加振器付凹円錐成形型を上昇退避させるとともに、厚皮帯は、送り込まれたと逆方向に間欠的に送り出される流れ作業工程の1つを担うよう設けることを主とすることで解決できる。【選択図】図1
