PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently produce aluminum oxide fine particle-including type polyorganosilsesquioxane particles excellent in light diffusion property, slippage and the like.SOLUTION: Polyorganosilsesquioxane particles including a plurality of aluminum oxide fine particles are produced by adding to a reaction liquid which is provided by adding organotrialkoxysilane to water to hydrolyze the organotrialkoxysilane, an aluminum oxide fine particle dispersion liquid which is provided by previously dispersing the aluminum oxide fine particles into water, and, further adding an alkaline aqueous solution to perform dehydration condensation of the organotrialkoxysilane hydrolyzate.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】光拡散性やすべり性等に優れた酸化アルミニウム微粒子内包型ポリオルガノシルセスキオキサン粒子を簡便かつ効率よく製造する。【解決手段】水にオルガノトリアルコキシシランを添加して、該オルガノトリアルコキシシランを加水分解させた反応液に、予め水に酸化アルミニウム微粒子を分散させた酸化アルミニウム微粒子分散液を添加し、更にアルカリ性水溶液を添加して、オルガノトリアルコキシシラン加水分解物の脱水縮合を行うことにより、ポリオルガノシルセスキオキサン粒子内に複数個の酸化アルミニウム微粒子を内包させたものを製造する。【選択図】図1
