To provide an array coil capable of acquiring an image in which the noise is reduced and the SNR is improved.SOLUTION: An array coil includes: first and second RF coils having a first loop coil section and a second loop coil section comprising conductors, respectively, and capable of receiving a magnetic resonance signal from a subject； and an electric field generation circuit having a loop part where the ends of at least one conductor are connected with each other, and magnetically connected with the first RF coil and the second RF coil.
