PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic enabling the compounding of a large amount of an oily layer, free from stickiness of oil solution, easily miscible in use, and which is uniformly applicable to the hair, to collect finished hair, and is free from stickiness and has dry smooth feeling.SOLUTION: A leave-on-type hair cosmetic has two layers including the following layers A and B.
