PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a blood collection tube capable of suppressing reduction of a blood glucose level in collected blood and hemolysis and highly accurately and stably measuring a blood glucose level.SOLUTION: A blood collection tube 11 includes a bottomed cylindrical blood collection tube body 12 whose one end is opened and the other end is closed and a granular medicine 13 stuck to an inner wall of the blood collection tube body 12. The medicine 13 is a water soluble medicine containing glycolytic inhibitor and blood anticoagulant. The glycolytic inhibitor contains 1-5 mg of D-mannose and 0.3-1.0 mg of fluoride salt in terms of NaF quantity per 1 mL of collected blood. The blood anticoagulant is at least one sort of EDTA and/or heparin.
