An electronic medical tag registration system can be mounted between patients, medical staff, and a control center and comprise a plurality of electronic medical tags, at least two portable readers handheld by medical staff, and a control facility mounted in the control center. The electronic medical tags can be driven by the portable readers to emit preset color light and warning sound. The portable readers can create and transmit medical tag information to the control facility for collection via wired or wireless network, and the medical tag information is updated simultaneously for all portable readers when driven by the control facility.
