Resin composition for biodegradable agricultural mulching film having the function of soil conditioning and fertilizing and the biodegradable agricultural mulching film using the same
The present invention relates to a resin composition for a biodegradable agricultural mulching film having soil conditioning and fertilizer functions, and the biodegradable agricultural mulching film manufactured by using the same. More specifically, the resin composition comprises: a thermoplastic starch (TPS)； one or more biodegradable resins selected from the group consisting of poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate (PBAT), poly(butylene succinate (PBS), poly(butylene succinate-co-adipate (PBSA), polylactic acid (PLA), and polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA)； and a filler including a sulfur powder, an illite powder, a calcium carbonate powder, and an expanded vermiculite powder.본 발명은 토양개량 및 비료 기능을 가지는 생분해성 농업용 멀칭필름용 수지 조성물 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 생분해성 농업용 멀칭필름에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 열가소성 전분(Thermo plastic starch ； TPS)과； 폴리부틸렌 아디페이트 테레프탈레이트(Poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate ； PBAT), 폴리부틸렌숙시네이트(Poly(butylene succinate ； PBS), 폴리부틸렌 숙시네이트 아디페이트(Poly(butylene succinate-co-adipate ； PBSA), 폴리락트산(Polylastic acid ； PLA) 및 폴리히드록시알카노에이트(Polyhydroxyalkanoate ； PHA)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 생분해성 수지와； 유황분말, 일라이트분말, 탄산칼슘분말, 팽창질석분말을 포함하는 충진제를 포함하여 조성되는 토양개량 및 비료 기능을 가지는 생분해성 농업용 멀칭필름용 수지 조성물 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 생분해성 농업용 멀칭필름에 관한 것이다.
