The present invention relates to a method for producing a biodegradable film and a mulching film produced by thereby. The method for producing a biodegradable film and a mulching film produced thereby promote eco-friendliness of biodegradation while providing various functionalities for films used for growing crops by proposing a film of a compound formed with a mixture of 60 to 75 parts by weight of polybutylene adipate-co-terephthalate (PBAT), 3 to 20 parts by weight of poly lactic acid (PLA) or poly butylene succinate (PBS), 5 to 30 parts by weight of an inorganic compound with a producing method comprising a) an input step of raw materials, b) a synthesis step, c) a film forming step, d) a lamination step, e) a cutting and winding step, and f) a packaging step.본 발명은 생분해성 필름의 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 멀칭 필름에 관한 것으로 a) 원료의 투입단계, b) 합성 단계, c) 제막 단계, d) 합지 단계, e) 재단 및 감김 단계, 및 f) 포장 단계를 포함하는 제조방법과 함께, PBAT(Polybutylene adipate-co-terephthalate) 60 내지 75 중량부, PLA(Poly Lactic Acid) 또는 PBS(Poly butylene succinate) 3 내지 20 중량부, 무기화합물(inorganic compound) 5 내지 30 중량부의 혼합물로 이루어진 복합물의 필름을 제안함으로써, 농작물 재배에 활용되는 필름에 다양한 기능성과 더불어 생분해의 친환경성을 도모하고자 하는 생분해성 필름의 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 멀칭 필름을 제공할 수 있다.
