Provided are a composition for alleviating and preventing reflex esophagitis and gastritis and a method for preparing the same. The composition for alleviating and preventing reflex esophagitis and gastritis comprises jade powder, mineral contained in natural alkaline reduced water with pH 7.5-8.5 collected from a jade mine area, rosin, fructan, and plant-fermented enzyme liquid. The method for manufacturing the composition for alleviating and preventing reflex esophagitis and gastritis comprises the following steps: (a) mixing 3-7 parts by weight of jade powder having an average particle size of 100-300 mesh, 2-5 parts by weight of rosin, and 2-5 parts by weight of fructan with 50-100 parts by weight of natural alkaline reduced water with pH 7.5-8.5 collected from a jade mine area； (b) preparing a mixed melted product by stirring, mixing and heating a mixture, prepared in step (a), at 50-120°C and evaporating water； (c) quickly freezing the mixture without water and grinding the same； (d) spraying plant-fermented enzyme liquid to particles ground step (c)； and (e) coating surfaces of the ground particles, prepared in step (d), with jade powder by inserting the ground particles into jade powder having an average particle size of 100-300 mesh.본 발명은 옥분말, 옥광산 지역에서 채취한 pH 7.5~8.5의 천연 알칼리환원수에 포함된 미네랄, 로진, 프럭탄(Fructan) 및 식물발효 효소액을 포함하며, (a) 평균입자크기가 100 ∼ 300 메쉬인 옥분말 3~7 중량부, 로진 2~5 중량부, 프럭탄(Fructan) 2~5 중량부를 옥광산 지역에서 채취한 pH 7.5~8.5의 천연 알칼리환원수 50~100 중량부에 혼합하는 단계； (b) 상기 (a)단계에서 제조된 혼합물을 50~120℃로 교반하면서 가열하여 혼합 용융물을 제조하고, 물을 증발시키는 단계； (c) 상기 물이 제거된 혼합물을 급속 냉동시켜 분쇄하는 단계； (d) 상기 (c)단계에서 분쇄된 입자들에 식물발효 효소액을 분사하는 단계； 및 (e) 상기 (d)단계에서 제조된 분쇄 입자들을 평균입자크기가 100 ∼ 300 메쉬인 옥분말에 넣어 표면에 옥분말을 코팅하는 단계；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역류성 식도염 및 위염 개선 및 예방용 조성물 및 그의 제조방법을 제공한다.
