The present invention lies within the field of agriculture. The invention relates to a method for producing a granular solid composition intended to be dispensed on or in a soil, characterized in that it comprises the steps consisting in: a. forming a solid mixture comprising at least one biological material consisting at least of an inoculum of living or dead microorganisms and/or macroorganisms, at least one water-insoluble polymer and optionally a formulating agent, b. extruding the mixture thus obtained, at a temperature of less than 60°C, so as to form an extrudate which constitutes the composition, c. enveloping the extrudate thus obtained in step b. which forms the core, in a structural sheath made of biodegradable polymer so as to constitute the composition in the form of a globally solid rod to be cut up.La présente invention est située dans le domaine de l'agriculture. Elle concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une composition solide granulaire destinée à être distribuée sur ou dans un sol, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes consistant à : a. former un mélange solide comprenant au moins un matériel biologique constitué au moins d'un inoculum de microorganismes et/ou des macroorganismes vivants et/ou morts, au moins un polymère non hydrosoluble et éventuellement un agent de formulation, b. extruder le mélange ainsi obtenu, à une température inférieure à 60°C, pour former un extrudât qui constitue la composition, c. envelopper l'extrudât obtenu à l'étape b) qui forme le cœur, dans une gaine de structure en polymère biodégradable pour constituer la composition en forme de jonc, globalement plein, à découper.
