A compound having MCH receptor antagonist activity, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a solvate thereof and a compound having NPY Y5 receptor antagonist activity, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a solvate thereof Has been found to significantly reduce body weight.
