PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement device capable of reducing a probability in which a filament catches in an introducer-exclusive groove.SOLUTION: A measurement device comprises: a sensor for detecting a degree of curvature of a filament and a measurement device body 2 on which a penetration hole which the filament penetrates, is formed. The penetration hole disposed on the measurement device body 2 is formed of a long hole part 11A, a groove part 11B, and a boundary part 11C. The long hole part 11A restricts the movement in a direction other than an X-direction of a delivery wire 14. The groove part 11B is a part where a width of a Y-direction orthogonal to the X-direction is wider than that of the long hole part 11A. The boundary part 11C is disposed between the long hole part 11A and the groove part 11B.
