Provided in the present invention is a composition, wherein the composition contains ferrous amino acid chelate particles sintered from ferrous amino acid chelates, and the ferrous amino acid chelate particles have an average particle size of 500 nm to 2600 nm, and have an average molecular weight of 1,500 Dalton to 600,000 Dalton. Also provided is the use of the composition of the present invention in the preparation of a pharmaceutical product for treating or improving pancreas-related diseases, wherein the pharmaceutical product contains an effective dose of the composition and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
