The invention relates to a method for establishing an association (100) between a user (10) and at least a recipient (20), comprising the following steps: instancing a geographical area； automatically monitoring the entrance within said geographical area of a user (10) and establishing an association (100) between a mobile computer device (12) of the user (10) and a mobile computer device (22) of the recipient (20)； and upon detection of a critical condition by a sensor (14) of a condition of the user, automatically alerting the recipient (20) accordingly, through the established association (100). The invention also relates to a system for performing such a method.La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant d'établir une association (100) entre un utilisateur (10) et au moins un destinataire (20). L'invention comprend les étapes suivantes : instanciation d'une zone géographique ； surveillance automatique de l'entrée d'un utilisateur (10) dans ladite zone géographique et établissement d'une association (100) entre un dispositif informatique mobile (12) de l'utilisateur (10) et un dispositif informatique mobile (22) du destinataire (20) ； et lors de la détection d'une condition critique par un capteur (14) d'une condition de l'utilisateur, alerter automatiquement le destinataire (20) par l'intermédiaire de l'association établie (100). L'invention concerne aussi un système pour la mise en œuvre dudit procédé.
