PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type emulsion cosmetic which has high ultraviolet light protection capability to region A and region B of ultraviolet light, little irritation to skin because ultraviolet light absorbers do not directly touch skin, nor do they contaminate clothing, is smoothly applicable onto skin, and has excellent usability.SOLUTION: An oil-in-water type emulsion cosmetic is constituted by using polymer of organopolysiloxane and silylated peptide as a wall film, using micro-capsules including a UVA absorber and a UVB absorber, and allowing two types or more of micro-capsules with different combinations of the UVA absorber and the UVB absorber to be contained. It is preferable that content of the micro-capsules in the oil-in-water type emulsion cosmetic be set to bring a total amount of the UVA absorber at 3 to 20 mass% and a total amount of the UVB absorber at 10 to 30 mass%.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 紫外線A領域に対してもB領域に対しても紫外線防御能が高く、しかも紫外線吸収剤が直接肌に触れることがないため肌への刺激が少なく、衣服を汚染することもなく、肌への塗布がなめらかであり、使用性に優れた水中油型乳化化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】 オルガノポリシロキサンとシリル化ペプチドの重合物を壁膜とし、UVA吸収剤とUVB吸収剤を内包するマイクロカプセルを用い、UVA吸収剤とUVB吸収剤の組み合わせが異なるマイクロカプセルを2種以上含有させて水中油型乳化化粧料を構成する。水中油型乳化化粧料中のマイクロカプセルの含有量は、UVA吸収剤の合計量が3~20質量%で、かつUVB吸収剤の合計量が10~30質量%になるようにするのが好ましい。【選択図】なし
