PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic noodle machine in which noodle strings can be processed from block-shaped noodle dough and directly input into a boiled noodle machine, and thereby a space is saved and both of left and right sides can be used, and also the thickness and shapes of the noodle strings can be changed.SOLUTION: A noodle machine is configured as follows: noodle strings without stress can be processed by equipping the S-shaped slide crank mechanism unit all mechanism units including this can be stored in a casing BOX the setting of noodle dough is easy and the thickness and width dimensions of various noodle strings can be processed optionally the noodle strings of various shapes can endlessly be obtained further by replacing a tip knife cutter and direct input and left-and-right two ways of installation positions to boiled noodle machines with different height are enabled by a tilt and height change mechanism.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】ブロック状の麺生地から麺線を加工し、直接、茹で麺機に投入できる省スペース化、左右両用化、麺線の太さ、形状変更可能な自動製麺加工機を提供する。【解決手段】S字スライドクランク機構部の装備によりストレスの無い麺線への加工を可能とし、これを含む全ての機構部を筐体BOX内に収納し麺生地のセットが容易で且つ、様々な麺線の厚さや幅寸法を任意に加工することが可能であり、先端刀削カッターを交換することで更に様々な形状の麺線が無限に得られ、傾斜及び高さ変更機構により異なる高さの茹で麺機への直接投入及び設置位置の左右両用化を可能とする。【選択図】図1
