PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruding type noodle making machine which prevents a loss of flavors and textures due to an increased temperature in forcibly sending noodle dough, prevents the noodle dough from being left inside a casing, and is easy to clean after the work, in the noodle making machine which forcibly sends the noodle dough to a nozzle body which is provided on a tip of the casing and has a plurality of through-holes by a screw rotating inside the casing.SOLUTION: A noodle making machine includes: a screw 3 having a surface coated with a fluorine resin a casing 2 having an inner wall surface finished to be smooth and a tip part with the outer periphery fit in a cylinder 8 and a cooling water passage 9 provided in a circumferential direction on a fitting surface thereof.
