PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder dispensing container in which a dispensing preparation operation is simple and proper quantitative powder can always be dispensed stably.SOLUTION: A powder dispensing container is formed by combining an air pressure feed mechanism 40 for pumping air, a fixed plug 30 engaged with the air pressure feed mechanism 40, and cartridge 2 with a syringe part 12 for receiving powder P. The cartridge 2 includes a recess 12a recessed in a predetermined height range of an inner circumferential surface of the syringe part 12, and an inside plug 20 installed in the inside of the syringe part 12.
