The present invention relates to a method for removing fine dust and odor and a device thereof, which remove the odor occurring in a factory, a hospital, an agro-livestock place, a clothing or paper factory, and a livestock shed, and the fine dust contained in the air. The present invention filters big foreign substances contained in the air, combusts the big foreign substances, removes the odor and a heavy metal by using activated carbon and zeolite, moves the fine dust with the bubble to destroy the bubble and introduce the fine dust with water to a water tank, and sterilizes the discharged air with a UV lamp to be discharged. Since the fine dust is removed in multi-stages using the bubble, the fine dust can be almost perfectly removed, and the clean air without bacteria can be discharged with a sterilizing process.본 발명은 공장이나 병원 또는 농/축산의 등 의류나 종이공장 및 가축을 키우는 축사와 같은 곳에서 발생하는 악취와 공기 중에 포함되어 있는 미세먼지를 제거하는 미세먼지와 악취 제거방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 공기 중에 포함되어 있는 큰 이물질을 걸러낸 다음 연소키고 활성탄과 제오라이트를 이용하여 냄새와 중금속을 제거하고 미세먼지는 기포과 같이 이동하면서 기포가 파괴되어 물과 함께 미세먼지가 수조로 유입되게 하는 한편 배출되는 공기를 UV램프로 살균처리하여 배출되도록 한 것으로, 다단식으로 기포를 이용하여 미세먼지를 제거하므로 미세먼지를 완벽에 가깝게 제거할 수가 있으며 살균처리까지 하므로 세균 없는 깨끗한 공기를 배출할 수가 있는 것이다.
