The solution is characterized in that the apparatus comprises an encrusting machine (2) having a multiannular nozzle (9), a solid feeder (41) for feeding the solids (S) to the multiannular nozzle (9), and a control device (17) for controlling action of the encrusting machine (2) and the solid feeder (41). The multiannular nozzle (9) has a center cylinder (36) inside an inner cylinder (55). The center cylinder (36) has a plurality of spiral blade portions (37c) at the periphery of the center cylinder (36) and has a spiral flow path (Q2) of a first food material (6) partitioned by the blade portions (37c) between the inner cylinder (55) and the center cylinder (36).
