PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide images with reduced positional deviation by improving the flame rate when observing fluorescent images of plural wavelengths in a visible light region and white light at the same time.SOLUTION: Provided is a fluorescent observation apparatus 1, comprising: a light source unit 3 which includes band light in respective wavelength regions for R, G, and B, and at least two band light beams of which emit illumination light having wavelength characteristics except some bands in the respective longer wavelength sides a reflected-light imaging unit 55 for imaging reflected light of the band light from the light source unit 3 in a subject X fluorescence imaging units 56, 58 for imaging two or more fluorescence beams in different bands generated by respective two or more band light beams and an excitation light cutoff filter 57 arranged in front of the fluorescence imaging units 56, 58 and having the wavelength characteristics which cut off the band light but transmit two or more fluorescence beams having wavelengths in some bands.
