PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new hair tonic combined as an active constituent with a soy-based fermented object obtainable by use of a microorganism which has been unknown so far.SOLUTION: This is a hair tonic combined as an active constituent with a soymilk fermented substance that can be obtained by fermenting soymilk with at least one selected from Lactobacillus delbruekii and subspecies thereof belonging to lactic acid bacteria.
