System for addressing cells to target internal regions of a human or animal body, and computer program. The system comprises: - an electromagnet (E) mounted on a first support (S1), - an electronic electromagnet control system (E) that calculates the magnitude in three dimensions of a magnetic field to be generated by it (E) to that attracts and retains cells paramagnetically labeled and injected intravenously into target internal regions； and - a permanent magnet (IE) mounted on a second support (S2) spaced apart from the electromagnet (E), to focus the magnetic field generated by the electromagnet (E) to precisely direct, in three dimensions, the cells marked towards the regions internal targets. The computer program is adapted to perform the calculation of the magnetic field to be generated by the electromagnet (E) of the system of the invention.Sistema para el direccionamiento de células hacia regiones internas objetivo de un cuerpo humano o animal, y programa de ordenador. El sistema comprende: - un electroimán (E) montado sobre un primer soporte (S1), - un sistema electrónico de control del electroimán (E) que calcular la magnitud en tres dimensiones de un campo magnético a generar por el mismo (E) para que atraiga y retenga en unas regiones internas objetivo a unas células marcadas paramagnéticamente e inyectadas por vía intravenosa； y - un imán permanente (IE) montado sobre un segundo soporte (S2) distanciado del electroimán (E), para focalizar el campo magnético generado por el electroimán (E) para dirigir con precisión, en tres dimensiones, las células marcadas hacia las regiones internas objetivo. El programa de ordenador está adaptado para realizar el cálculo del campo magnético a generar por el electroimán (E) del sistema de la invención.
