Also a gripper for harvesting and implanting a follicular unit including a cutting mechanism, a knife mechanism, a tubular body and an ejector is disclosed. Furthermore, independent claims are included for covering a method for follicular unit transplantation and a method for harvesting and implanting of a follicular unit.
