PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonated beverage packed in a container and its manufacturing method in which quality change due to degradation of flavor associated with the lapse of time is suppressed, and acid taste, and bitter taste derived from flavonoid compounds, and the like, are suppressed, and palatability is enhanced as mild taste.SOLUTION: In a carbonated beverage packed in a container containing narirutin, the narirutin content (mg/L) [N] of the carbonated beverage packed in the container is in a range of 6.5-54. The content of carotenoid (mg/L) [C] is desirable in the range of 0.076-4.16.【課題】経時に伴う風味劣化による品質変化を抑制すると共に、酸味、及びフラボノイド化合物等を由来とする苦味を抑制し、まろやかな味わいとして、嗜好性を高めた容器詰飲料とその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ナリルチンを含有する容器詰飲料であって、前記容器詰飲料の前記ナリルチン含有量(mg/L)[N]が、6.5~54の範囲とする。前記ナリルチンの含有量[N]を、カロテノイドの含有量(mg/L)で除した値[N]/[C]が13~85の範囲であることが望ましい。【選択図】なし
