PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jointing rod feeding device for jointing the plant-grafting stock to the scion via the jointing rod that is made impermeable to the sap from its top edge holes by the capillary action. SOLUTION: This jointing rod member-feeding device is equipped with the chuck 3 for holding the rod member 6, the ring 5 for cramping and closing the chuck 3, the spring 4 for energizing the chuck 3 backward in the longitudinal direction and the sealing member arranged to the position in the rear of the top edge hole 8B and the rod member 6 is held with the sealing member.
