The invention relates to a capsule comprising a semi-solid core containing a material of interest to be encapsulated, and a polymer membrane of chitosan surrounding this core, of thickness less than 1 μm, and impregnated with at least one hydrophobic compound, in particular a mixture of C20 to C40 alkanes.
