PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological signal estimation device that derives a frequency of a waveform of potential of an electric signal generated in a living body in a shorter time than in a case of using fast Fourier transformation.SOLUTION: A biological signal estimation device 10 includes: potential measurement means 11 for intermittently measuring a potential of an electric signal generated in a living body S and frequency calculation means 12 for calculating a frequency of a waveform formed by change of multiple measurement values with respect to a temporal axis by using a hyperfunction with a measurement value group formed of multiple measurement values obtained by the potential measurement means 11 during measurement in a predetermined time as a target.
