PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a body fluid permeate an absorber promptly and also to prevent it from returning to a skin.SOLUTION: This absorptive article is a sanitary napkin 1 which has the absorber 4 interposed between a surface sheet 3 and a back sheet 2 and has a second sheet 6 provided between the surface sheet 3 and the absorber 4, the surface sheet 3 being formed of a nonwoven fabric sheet and the second sheet 6 being formed of a plastic film. In the second sheet 6, a large number of apertures 10, 10, ... each provided with a sidewall 10a projecting from the surface sheet 3 side to the back sheet 2 side are formed and at least the apertures 10, 10, ... are subjected to hydrophilic treatment.
