PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pot cover giving decorativeness to a gardening pot to be placed in a room and increasing shock resistance and heat retaining property. SOLUTION: This pot cover 1 comprises a knitted body 2 with stretchability knitted by using a fiber made from cotton for warp 7 and rubber thread for weft 8, and is formed in an almost cylindrical shape. When attaching the pot cover 1 to the gardening pot, the inner peripheral surface of the knitted body 2 sticks to the outer peripheral surface of the gardening pot by the stretching force of the knitted body 2 to maintain an attachment condition.
