PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material cutting device for a food material drying device system, capable of appropriately making a cut into a food material as preprocessing of shredding a food material to a prescribed size or less and drying.SOLUTION: A device for making a cut into one end side of a food material in order to supply a shredded food material includes: a rotation axis 12 capable of making a rotational motion with a driving device a plurality of cutting edges 13 mounted so as to extend long in a direction orthogonal to the rotation axis 12 a guide port 15 for guiding so as to insert one end side of the food material into a cutting position with the cutting edges 13 and a food material receiving part 16 provided in a fence-like shape so as to receive the insertion part of the food material inserted from the guide port 15 and the lower side of the insertion part.
