PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing packed bean curd enabling reduction in an amount of mixture liquid overflown to be wasted while a piece of packed bean curd is partitioned lengthwise and crosswise in a plurality of lines and rows to be divided into multiple pieces.SOLUTION: The method for producing packed bean curd comprises using a container 1 which is to be filled with mixture liquid 8 composed of soymilk and a coagulant, which has filling recessed parts 2 lying lengthwise and crosswise in a plurality of lines and rows, and which is provided with a flat-surface seal plane 3 for heat-sealing a lid film 6 among the filling recessed parts 2 adjacent to each other and at the outer peripheral surface of the filling recessed parts 2, and overflow holes 4 formed on the seal plane 3 among the filling recessed parts 2 adjacently arranged.
