PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT device which can improve safety to a person to be inspected by surely detecting the contact of the person to be inspected with a gantry.SOLUTION: The X-ray CT device comprises: an X-ray tube 400 which irradiates the person to be inspected with an X-ray an X-ray detection part 402 which is arranged at the X-ray tube 400 so as to oppose it and detects the X-ray which has permeated the person 110 to be inspected and the gantry 100 in which the X-ray tube 400 and the X-ray detection part 402 are rotatably arranged and which has an opening 104 for moving the person 110 to be inspected.
