Provided herein are methods and compositions for activating an immune response in a patient hosting a tumor. In some instances, a method described herein comprises administering to the patient a non-glycosylated PD-1 inhibitor and optionally a glycosylated PD-1 inhibitor, in which the non-glycosylated PD-1 inhibitor and optionally in combination with a glycosylated PD-1 inhibitor results in activation of the immune response.L'invention concerne des méthodes et des compositions pour activer une réponse immunitaire chez un patient atteint d'une tumeur.
