The present invention relates to a method for injecting carbon dioxide into the mucous membrane of skin, including: a first step (S10) for spraying, in a mist form, an aqueous solution in which sodium hydrogen carbonate is dissolved a second step (S20) for coating an external use gel obtained by dissolving water-soluble chitosan in an organic acid including citric acid a third step (S30) for forming a biofilm by making the water-soluble chitosan combined with the organic acid be in contact with the skin and a fourth step (S40) for collecting the carbon dioxide generated from reaction between the sodium hydrogen carbonate and the organic acid in order to prevent the carbon dioxide from leaking through the biofilm, thereby making the carbon dioxide be absorbed into the mucous membrane. For the same, the present invention is capable of forming a biofilm generated by the dissolution of water-soluble chitosan into the organic acid including citric acid, and blocking the leakage of carbon dioxide generated by the reaction between the sodium hydrogen carbonate and the organic acid by using the biofilm.
