PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external preparation for the skin in emulsion form which is excellent in spreading property and feeling of use, and excellent in stability not generating reduced adhesion with age.SOLUTION: The above object is solved by an external preparation for the skin in emulsion form with flowability combining inorganic powders having maximal wet power by water of 1.50 mN or more. The inorganic powders with maximal wet power of 1.50 mN or more are preferred to be selected from the group consisting of plate-shaped powders and spherical powders. Further, the inorganic powders are preferred to be silicic anhydride and talc.
