PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate of a wet sheet cosmetic for bodies that keeps the content of contained powder nearly uniform even with the passage of time, and to provide the wet sheet cosmetic for bodies that gives good skin feeling when wiped away and is excellent in the ability to transfer powder and oil to the skin when used.SOLUTION: A sheet-like substrate 1 includes a unified structure of a wet nonwoven fabric 2 and a fiber layer 3, wherein the fiber layer 3 containing cellulosic fiber and hydrophobic fiber is laminated on one side or both sides of the wet nonwoven fabric 2 containing pulp fiber.
