The present invention relates to a composition for ameliorating atopic dermatitis, and more particularly to a composition for ameliorating atopic dermatitis comprising vinegar using wild cultivated ginseng. The present invention provides the composition for ameliorating atopic dermatitis which is prepared by mixing wild cultivated ginseng vinegar, dandelion enzyme vinegar, brown rice vinegar, honey and water. Further, the present invention provides the composition for ameliorating atopic dermatitis which is prepared by mixing 80-120 parts by weight of dandelion enzyme vinegar, 50-80 parts by weight of brown rice vinegar, 500-800 parts by weight of honey and 4,000-7,000 parts by weight of water with regard to 100 parts by weight of wild cultivated ginseng vinegar.
