The present invention relates to a method to measure a body temperature using an earphone and a system thereof. According to the present invention, the method to measure a body temperature using an earphone comprises: a step of connecting a user terminal and an earphone； a step of allowing the earphone to measure a first temperature； a step of allowing the earphone to measure a second temperature； and a step of allowing the user terminal to calculate a body temperature correcting the second temperature in consideration of the first temperature. The first temperature is measured within a predetermined first time after the user terminal and the earphone are connected, and the second first temperature is measured within a predetermined second time after the user terminal and the earphone are connected. Moreover, the method additionally comprises: a step of allowing the user terminal to receive atmospheric temperature information of a location corresponding to a global positioning system (GPS) signal when receiving a GPS signal； a step of allowing the earphone to measure a third temperature； and a step of allowing the user terminal to calculate a body temperature correcting the third temperature in consideration of the atmospheric temperature information. Accordingly, a biometric signal such as a user′s body temperature, etc. is able to be naturally measured while the user uses a smartphone by wearing the earphone on an ear.
