PURPOSE: A method of melanian snail resin is provided to maximize the utilization of the melanian snails by extracting the melanian snail resin with a proteinase, and to reduce the manufacturing costs by increasing the extraction yield using proteinase. CONSTITUTION: Melanian snails are washed and let sea mud removed. The melanian snails in which sea mud has been removed are crushed. Proteinase 0.5-1.5ml per 100g of the melanian snail substrate is added to the crushed melanian snails. The melanian snails in which proteinase is added are heated and stirred at 40-50deg.C for 90-120 minutes. The stirred melanian snails are heated up. Resin 5-35 parts by weight are extracted from the heated melanian snail. The melanian snail resin 100 parts by weight and green tea resin processed with vegetable lyase are mixed. The green tea resin processed with vegetable lyase is manufactured as follows: Green tea leaves and purified water are mixed at a weight ratio of 1:18-23. Vegetable lyase is added to the mixture of green tea leaves and purified water at a ratio of 1.75-5.25ml per 100g of green tea leaves. The mixture of green tea leaves, purified water and vegetable lyase is stirred at 40-60deg.C for 45-80 minutes. The stirred mixture is heated to extract the green tea resin.
