Disclosed is a fusion protein comprising an antigen presenting cell (APC) binding domain or CD91 receptor binding domain, a translocation peptide, a fusion antigen, an endoplasmic reticulum retention sequence, and optionally a nuclear transport signal. Fusion antigens include porcine genital respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) ORF7 antigen, PRRSV ORF1b antigen, PRRSV ORF6 antigen, and PRRSV ORF5 antigen. Fusion proteins are useful for inducing antigen-specific cell-mediated responses and humoral responses.
