PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production device of a solid cosmetic in which, a filling amount of a cosmetic to be filled in each of plural zones partitioned by a partition plate, can be adjusted, and a color boundary of plural colors of cosmetics is clear.SOLUTION: A production device of a solid cosmetic comprises a filling head 3 which has a closing surface 31A for closing an opening of a cosmetic tray 10, which slides along the closing surface 31A after filling a cosmetic in the cosmetic tray 10, for slicing off the cosmetic filled in the cosmetic tray 10 at the closing surface 31A. The filling head 3 comprises: a partition plate 33 for dividing the cosmetic tray 10 into plural zones A, B； plural supply tubes 32A, 32B for filling cosmetics having different colors respectively in the plural zones A, B divided by the partition plate 33； and obstacle plates 34A, 34B for reducing volumes of the plural zones A, B divided by the partition plate 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
