PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bactericidal agent available as an antiseptic solution high in antibacterial property and less in irritation to a skin.SOLUTION: Shells of scallops remained from supplying a shellfish meat part for eating is impregnated in a water bath containing chlorine (chlorine concentration about 1,000 ppm) in prescribed time (about 8 hours). After that and exposing these shells of the scallops to sunlight and drying sufficiently, these shells of the scallops after drying is burned in a furnace with a temperature set at about 1,100°C over 3 hours. Further the shells of the scallops after burning is pulverized as they are (with holding a dry condition) with a super pulverizing machine to have average particle diameter of about 9 μm and a burned powder of the shells of the scallops is obtained. Then a bactericidal agent is obtained by mixing a solution to which the burned powder of the shells of the scallops is added and a vegetable essential oil derived from lavender under an ordinary temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】抗菌性が高く皮膚への刺激が少ない消毒液として利用可能な除菌剤を提供する。【解決手段】貝肉部分を食用に供した残りのホタテ貝の貝殻を、塩素入り水槽（塩素濃度約１，０００ｐｐｍ）中に所定の時間（約８時間）浸漬させた。しかる後、それらのホタテ貝の貝殻を太陽光に曝して十分に乾燥させた後、それらの乾燥後のホタテ貝の貝殻を約１，１００℃の温度に設定した炉の内部で約３時間に亘って焼成した。さらに、その焼成後のホタテ貝の貝殻を、そのまま（乾燥状態を保ったまま）、超微粉砕機によって、平均粒径が９μｍ程度となるように粉砕することによって、ホタテ貝の貝殻の焼成粉末を得た。そして、そのホタテ貝の貝殻の焼成粉末を添加した水溶液と、ラベンダー由来の植物精油とを常温下で混合することによって除菌剤を得た。【選択図】なし
