The present invention relates to a food concentration apparatus which is compact while being able to extract and concentrate a large amount in a short time. The apparatus includes: a concentrating apparatus body including a cover on top which can be opened and closed while having a steam outlet thereon and a storage unit storing a raw substance on the inside to concentrate while being separated into an inner pot and an outer pot having a space unit there-between a concentrating unit which is connected to the steam outlet of the concentrating apparatus body to cool and concentrate the steam being discharged from the steam outlet and a concentrated solution storage unit which is connected to the concentrating unit from the lower part to store the concentrated liquid from the concentrating unit.
